On March 19th, 2012 Nike ultra endurance athlete Jason Lester left New York City with one thing on his mind… making it a better world through sport.
Jason Lester made the commitment to run/bike from New York City to Eugene, Oregon a journey that will take him 102 days and 4,800 miles to complete. Along the way he stopped in 16 states and 39 Nike Retail Stores, sharing how sport inspires hope, instills discipline, raises confidence and rallies communities. Journey for a Better World and Lester heads into Eugene, Oregon @ the 2012 Olympic Trials on June 28th where he will do a victory lap on the famous Hayward Field. Arrival is set for 3:00pm.
